So far so good!

I did my 2nd workout today! I was REALLY sore this morning, but after the workout I feel much better. I need to focus on my water intake now!!!

thanks for motivating me. I'm in! I started South Beach phase 1 and will do that for two weeks and then switch over to ww eating style. : )
